Shipping
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after purchase. Any customized ring takes 2–5 weeks to produce and ship. Items marked as backordered will ship within 4–6 weeks. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped. If your order is a rush, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days on unworn pieces in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please note that custom ring sizes and items marked as final sale are not returnable.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email info@erikafinejewelry.com with your order number and the item you would like to send back. You will then receive instructions on where and how to ship your parcel.
Non-Returnable Items
The following pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Rings purchased in a custom size
• Items marked as final sale at checkout
Warranty
All pieces purchased from Erika Fine Jewelry include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. We reserve the right to decline repairs if an item shows signs of intentional damage or misuse. If you believe your piece has a manufacturing issue, please contact us at info@erikafinejewelry.com with your order number and clear photos.
Repairs
We offer professional repair services starting 30 days after purchase. Repair fees, as well as all shipping and handling costs, are the responsibility of the customer. To request a repair, please email info@erikafinejewelry.com with your repair needs.
